Where we work

The communities we work with are based in the Western Cape of South Africa and are defined by the following criteria

  • Politically stable township
  • Population between 25,000 and 75,000 with defined boundaries
  • NGOs with whom we can partner
  • Proven need and community “pull”
  • Willing co-operation and partnership with local municipality, schools and health professionals
  • Suitable site with local municipality backing/provision

Our first centre is in Mbekweni, about 60km NE of Cape Town.
