Peter has fifteen years Leadership experience to board level in a variety of business areas including Sales and Marketing, Culture Development and Personal Growth through Learning and Development. Until recently he has been an HR Director within the Hilti Group, a privately owned progressive multinational in the construction supplies sector responsible for 600 people in GB and Ireland where his focus has been on change management and the support of senior leaders through transition.
His track record reflects his interest in developing leadership skills in people to achieve for themselves. His shared approach to leadership and personal development of senior leaders has given rise to increased employee engagement culminating in Hilti’s inclusion in the Sunday Times Top 100 list.
He has a strong interest in education acting as a Business Advisor with Young Enterprise and working with Education Business Solutions to provide interview skills to young people. He also acts as a Mentor with Business in the Arts. Today he runs his own consultancy providing Business Coaching and Leadership Development across a variety of sectors.
